Tandoor cook — Chhatarpur

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. We are looking for able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking.
