Powder coating operator — Vidisha

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at an automotive components factory. Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse You should bring comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth; able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg; willing to work shifts and overtime. ₹38,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
