Your main tasks: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change $170 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
