Your main tasks: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 6+ years on the tools preferred.
