Vacancy available: we are hiring a butcher in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. On a typical shift you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. You should bring physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day; able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
