Cake decorator — Lee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Lee County, Florida. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
