Join our team: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Nganzai, Borno State. Requirements: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height Your main tasks: • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
