Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in Bristol County, Rhode Island. The role involves handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
