Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Frontier County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Full-time, day shift.
