Grill cook wanted in Mani

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Mani, Katsina State. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time, day shift.
