The role involves break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided.
