We are recruiting: we are hiring a JCB operator in Culpeper County, Virginia. Requirements: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control On the job you will handle: • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
