Join our team: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Sherman County, Texas. The job is at a drainage and utilities contractor. You will backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains. You should have: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence Full-time, day shift.
