Surface coating operator wanted in Fika

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Fika, Yobe State. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
