Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
