Immediate opening: hydraulic crane operator (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Dudley, England. The job is at a precast concrete yard. The role involves carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. What we are looking for: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
