Tower crane operator wanted in Miami County

Join our team: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Miami County, Ohio. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Your main tasks: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Current medical and eyesight certificate Six days a week, one day off.
