Paint booth operator wanted in Suffolk

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Suffolk, England. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 5+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
