Fine-dining server wanted in Franklin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Franklin County, Illinois. You will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; clear and reset tables between covers; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; check back during the meal and handle special requests. Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
