Powder coating line operator wanted in Ideato North

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Ideato North, Imo State. The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 6+ years on the tools preferred.
