What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
