Gang bricklayer — Upton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Upton County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
