Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
