Tandoor cook — Putnam County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Putnam County, Ohio. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
