Dough maker — Darazo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Darazo, Bauchi State. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦90,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
