You will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; clear and reset tables between covers; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
