Now hiring: we are hiring a head butcher in Lere, Kaduna State. You will be based at a halal meat counter. The role involves: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
