Immediate opening: we are hiring a waitress in Alameda County, California. What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Day to day you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; check back during the meal and handle special requests; clear and reset tables between covers; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules.
