Waiter — Conwy

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waiter in Conwy, Wales. You will work in a coffee shop. You will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
