Framing carpenter wanted in Walker County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Walker County, Georgia. You will read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails. You should have: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
