Where does your job ad appear?

• Ready for Google's job search. Every job page carries the JobPosting structured data Google asks for in job listings and is listed in the sitemap. Google decides when the job appears in its results.
• In notifications to job seekers near you. When the job goes live, a notification goes to job seekers in the same district or city (if there aren't enough candidates there, to those across the region); if you chose an occupation, first to candidates who have added it to their profile.
• In 49 languages. If you leave the “Translate this job into all languages” box ticked on the job form (it is ticked by default), your job text is translated into 49 languages; translation can take a few days. Once it's done, candidates who don't read your language can read the job in their own.
• On country → region → district → occupation pages. If you chose a district and an occupation, the job is also listed on that occupation's page for that district.

How does it work?

1. Create a free account and verify your email address.
2. Write the job ad: title, occupation, region and district or city, pay and description. All on one screen.
3. Each application reaches you as a notification and by email (the number of emails per day is limited); you message candidates in Hirovo. A job stays live for up to 30 days, and you can close it at any time.

One thing to know when writing your job ad

You can't put a phone number in the title — the job's link is built from the title, so titles with phone numbers aren't accepted. A phone number or email address in the description is shown on the site only to signed-in members and hidden from anonymous visitors. You don't have to write your number at all: if an applicant has added a phone number to their profile, you'll see it; if not, you message each other in Hirovo.
