Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Cook County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Pay around $22 per hour, based on your experience.
