AC installation technician — Cook County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an AC installation technician in Cook County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred On a typical shift you will run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines; install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes; wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
