Dough maker — Hampton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Hampton County, South Carolina. You will work in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
