Baker wanted in Surry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Surry County, North Carolina. You will be based at a busy bakery. The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
