Assembly operator wanted in Wayne County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an assembly operator in Wayne County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away Ideal candidate: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Can read work instructions and basic measurements Rotating shifts.
