Short order cook — Franklin County

Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Franklin County, Tennessee. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
