Prep cook — New Madrid County

Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in New Madrid County, Missouri. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Meals and transport allowance provided.
