Grill cook — York County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in York County, South Carolina. The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 3+ years on the tools preferred.
