Machine setter-operator — Treutlen County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Treutlen County, Georgia. The job is at an injection moulding unit. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Your main tasks: • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
