Urgent requirement: in-process quality controller (Arkansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Dallas County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Full-time, day shift.
