Argon welding operator — Tarmua

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Tarmua, Yobe State. You will work at an automotive body and exhaust shop. You will sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut. Requirements: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
