Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Lawrence County, South Dakota. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Your main tasks: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $26 per hour, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
