Flatlock machine operator wanted in Musselshell County

Now hiring: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Musselshell County, Montana. The role involves: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation You should have: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $19 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
