Join our team: we are hiring a pressman in Grand Forks County, North Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Give each garment a final press before packing • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board Requirements: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience.
