UPVC welding machine operator — Chowan County

Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Chowan County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will take site measurements of openings before fabrication; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router. What we are looking for: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Full-time with occasional weekends.
