Butcher — Randolph County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Randolph County, West Virginia. You will be based in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Part-time with flexible hours.
