Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Middlesbrough, England. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer £2,950 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
