Urgent requirement: we are hiring an assembly operator in Marion County, Tennessee. You will be based in an electronics assembly unit. Day to day you will solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
