Now hiring: we are hiring a press machine operator in Fayette County, Alabama. You will be based at an injection moulding unit. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts On a typical shift you will follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station.
